We’ll also end the night with an asks & offers session to drive further collaboration across the community. \nAbout our speakers & featured event partner: \nErika Gonzalez is a Florida International University alum\, from where she received a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management\, and a certificate in Environmental Studies. Additionally\, she has been certified by The CLEO Institute as a climate change speaker. She now works as a Program Associate on World Wildlife Fund’s Food Loss and Waste team\, taking the lead on hospitality and food service projects. This work includes partnerships and engagement in food waste prevention and reduction with global leaders in hospitality and food service. \nYadira Diaz is a passionate advocate for sustainability and founder of Gradible\, Miami’s first environmental concierge company.
