impact Intensive Cohort
Show and Heal represents a collaborative effort of children and families, students, educators, religious leaders, medical and social service professionals, business and nonprofit entities, civic organizations, laypersons, and other vested individuals who understand the fundamental interconnectedness of all human beings. This collaborative seeks to promote peaceful, harmonious activities which serve to bridge the gaps between diverse populations. We use visual presentations and educational forums on social media and in-person to show connectedness. We facilitate afterschool programming focused on self-care to promote physical, emotional, mental, and social health. Genuine compassion, acceptance, and celebration of the diversity and individuality within each of us can then be realized.
