Florida Recycles Week is held in conjunction with America Recycles Day to raise awareness about actions individuals can take to increase recycling habits and reduce waste. During this week, and throughout the year, we encourage taking the recycling pledge to “Learn, Act and Share” to support recycling.
During Florida Recycles Week daily webinars will be held to provide educational opportunities on where and what to recycle, strategies for recycling when away from home and how to close the loop by buying products made with recycled content. Additionally you can take the Daily Recycling Challenge and share your recycling goals and actions on social media, #FloridaRecycles.
