An advocate for sustainable fishing and seafood, Chef Moonen’s undying passion for conservation has made him an expert in the subject and an educator and role model for others. Moonen will educate audiences about ocean conservation and the dangers of over-fishing. In addition, he’ll serve up some tips for dishing out delicious seafood dishes that participants are sure to enjoy!
