Beginning in March 2021, UCF launched a year-long sustainability strategic planning process. The new plan will build upon the successes of the 2010 Climate Action Plan, and guide the university’s path of innovative leadership in sustainability. The town hall will address curriculum and research, energy and the built environment, landscape and natural resources, transportation, and waste.

The event will feature a panel of leaders from across the university and a special presentation from Dr. Zhihua Qu, faculty lead for UCF’s Resilient, Intelligent and Sustainable Energy Systems Cluster (RISES).
