Much of the world is spending a lot of time at home these days so it is more important than ever to have a healthy, safe, high performing, resilient home. Learn from owners and developers about why they pursued LEED certification for their residential projects – from single family homes to multifamily buildings to mixed use and how they are achieving all of these elements. Featured projects include AMLI Midtown Miami North (LEED for HOMES v2010, Platinum, Mid-rise), MODEL Hunters Point Pearl Homes & Marina (LEED v4.1 BD+C: Residential Single Family & LEED Zero Energy, Platinum), Historic Barnett Tower Adaptive Reuse/Renovation (LEED v4 BD+C NC), and Eglin AFB Temporary Lodging Facility (LEED for HOMES v2008, Gold).

Advance registration is required. Login instructions will be emailed to registered attendees 24 hours in advance of the session. You may also pose questions you’d like to discuss related to this topic in the registration!
